Shipping
All in-stock orders are shipped same day via UPS, Ground Freight,
Second Day or Next Day Air, FedEx, or U.S. Mail. Certain additional
shipping charges may apply for oversized or special items.
Returns
Return Authorizations: Returns will not be accepted without a Return
Authorization number affixed to the outside of the box. All returns
must be in their original boxes, and contain a copy of the original
invoice. Exchange or credit will only be given upon inspection of
the returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Special Orders
If accepted for return, special order items are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
In the event that your receive a damaged shipment, you must
immediately file a claim with the carrier. Under ICC regulations,
this claim is the consignee's (your) responsibility. Please contact

Defective Merchandise
Fox International Ltd., Inc. does not manufacture the items they
sell. These "non-manufactured" products are sold subject to the
manufacturer's specifications, representation and warranties. Fox
International Ltd., Inc. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy
of such manufacturer's statements. It is the sole responsibility and
duty of the purchaser to determine that a particular product is
suitable for the usage anticipated, and complies with all applicable
regulations, standards, and status governing such usage.
Defective merchandise covered under manufacturer warranty will be
returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Every effort is made to keep our website error-free, however should
an error occur, we reserve the right to correct the mistake. Any
terms and conditions of a buyer's purchase order shall not alter
terms and conditions listed here. All prices, terms and conditions
are subject to change without prior notice. |
